Tuesday to Gold Cup Friday. Ladies Day on the Wednesday is the busiest booking of the year, and cars go by January, so ask early.

Wedding chauffeur hire is provided directly by Avant Drive, which the law allows without a private hire licence. Airport transfers, business journeys and other chauffeur-driven trips are operated through a licensed private hire partner while our own Bristol operator licence is being issued, so every journey is properly licensed and insured. Self-drive hire is unaffected.
From £350 per car for a day return from Bristol or Bath, up to four people, driver and fuel included. The Range Rover Velar or Sport SVR from £420. Cardiff and Gloucester pick-ups are quoted. Book by January for Ladies Day.
Yes. Your driver stays nearby and you message when you are ready. Nothing extra if you leave before the last race.
Yes. Every chauffeur price is agreed before you book and includes the driver and fuel. Waiting time beyond what is included, extra stops and late-night pick-ups are priced up front, never added afterwards.
