Worth knowing, from the venues' own websites: Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin says parking in its grounds is very limited, so being dropped at the door by a chauffeur saves looking for a space in Clifton. De Vere Tortworth Court says free parking is available, which helps if you are driving yourselves.

If you would rather drive yourselves, every car is available as a self-drive hire at its published day rate, with a two-day minimum, comprehensive insurance and 150 miles a day included. Two days covers the day before the wedding and the day itself.

Self-drive hirers need to be 23 or over (25 for some cars) with a full UK or EEA licence held for at least two years. The deposit is refundable, taken at handover and released the same day the car is safely back.
